Start 2025 with Quadrantid Meteor Shower: Here's what to expect

New Yorkers can witness the Quadrantid meteor shower in the first week of January 2025 with up to 40 meteors per hour. Mars will also be visible at its brightest. Additionally, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars will be prominently visible, along with an astronomical event where the Moon will pass in front of Mars.
